Definitely a diamond in the rough. Needs renovation throughout, but a very large home with large rooms, two primary suites, and two living areas. No FHA or VA financing. This would be a MUCH more expensive home if it were renovated. Both guest bedrooms are also good sized. A must see for the price. In-ground pool in the back, needs attention. The home seems structurally sound, but does need a few areas of sheetrock replacement, flooring, paint, appliances, etc. No information on the 2 HVAC units , but they are cooling well. Bring your renovation minded client or investor, and let's make this work for all parties!
